Day 1 Evening Meditation: Grounding
There is a voice inside that doesn't use words. In many traditions, the belly was the seat of intuition and the connection to the beloved. We store so much wisdom inside us, but often don't have the opportunity to listen deeply. This meditation helps restore felt sense, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with deep inner listening. This meditation is great in times of stress or to simply help unwind after a long busy day. Best with headphones and an eye pillow.
