Fall Breathwork - Functional Movement - Soundbaths

WHEN: September 11 & 25, November 6 & 20, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM

Join us for a transformative series designed to enhance positive embodiment and deepen somatic awareness. Our September sessions will emphasize building core strength and flexibility, releasing stagnant energy, and engaging in dynamic, kundalini-inspired breathing techniques.

As we transition into November, the focus shifts to cultivating compassionate boundaries—both within ourselves and in our relationships—just in time for the holiday season. Experience a variety of breathing practices aimed at supporting inner balance and emotional resilience.
