We'd love to welcome you to one of our upcoming gatherings. LIATI events are offered throughout the year in Ridgway (at Sanctuary Ridgway), Telluride, Denver, and select international destinations.

Experience the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®), a trauma-informed, body-based practice that combines six elements.

These combined support nervous system regulation, release chronic tension, and deepen your connection with yourself. The session concludes with a restorative sound bath to support rest and integration.

Breath of the Brave is a soul-stirring 3 day experience held by LIATI Institute and Indigo Breathwork, Inc. It’s a circle for fierce feminine reclamation for those who have suffered sexual trauma - and those who support them. Through guided breathwork, mythic embodiment, and trauma-informed somatic practices, you’ll come home to the untamed within.
