At LIATI, we believe that you cannot hold space for others until you’ve done the inner work yourself. That’s why this 450+ hour training starts with you—your healing, your breath, your self inquiry, your expansion. How does it work?
LIATI Teacher Training: A Transformational Journey Awaits
The training begins in January and we accept only 10 participants for this intimate group of students. You have the option to complete the Teacher Training (TT) as an accelerated student or spread the coursework over three years for a more gradual approach.
Throughout the training, you’ll dive into:
✔ Self-paced online modules covering breathwork, trauma/shadow work, energy healing, inner child healing, and subconscious transformation. Work through the material at your own pace while building a strong foundation in LIATI’s unique mythos somatic approach to healing.
✔ 6 live group training calls, where you’ll receive real-time mentorship, engage in deep discussions, refine your facilitation skills, and connect with a supportive community of practitioners.
✔ 6 private 1:1 mentorship sessions with a LIATI Certified Practitioner, offering you personalized guidance, direct feedback, and deep support as you master your craft.
✔ One immersive in-person training week, designed for full integration. Here, you’ll practice hands-on facilitation, receive Reiki attunements, deepen your connection to the work, and experience the power of live group breathwork. This intensive retreat is a required step for graduation and will serve as the culmination of everything you’ve learned.
✔Studentshave three years to complete the training. This allows for deep integration, full embodiment of the practices, and the flexibility to move at your own pace while ensuring mastery in every aspect of your facilitation.

At LIATI, we recognize trauma as a multidimensional experience that affects the body, mind, and spirit. In the LIATI Teacher Training, you’ll learn to identify and skillfully work with trauma through our four foundational lenses: neurological, energetic, shamanic, and depth psychological. IN-PERSON TRAINING WEEK
Participation in our in-person training week is required for graduation from the LIATI Institute.This powerful integration week takes place in the picturesque Ridgway, CO, nestled in the heart of the San Juans. It is designed to hone your LAITI skills and prepare you for your role as a guide or teacher. Together we will refine your coaching and breathwork skills, enhancing your observation abilities, and master energy medicine & sound healing techniques.
Please note the in-person training week in Ridgway, CO, is not included in the cost of the online materials. However, we strive to keep this experience as accessible as possible. To accommodate varying personal situations, we offer the in-person training on a sliding scale, ranging from $900 to $1,400. This approach ensures that you can participate in this enriching week, focusing on refining your skills and celebrating your progress, while still aligning with your financial circumstances. Healthy snacks, teas, and some meals are included in your week too. If you have previously participated in an in-person week and wish to join us to refresh your skills, please enjoy 50% off the participation investment.

GETTING STARTED
Set up your Discovery Call: In this welcome convo we’ll chat about your ‘why’ and intentions for joining the teacher training. We can discuss logistics of the training and how we can support your individual needs.
APPLY for the LIATI Teacher Training. Once accepted, you’ll receive instant access to your LAITI prerequisites and the 3 resource libraries (mythology, breathwork, and mediation). Please dive in. It’s a great idea to have these completed before starting the TT modules in March of the TT year.
Community Calls & Personal Coaching Calls are scheduled approximately once a month, and are recorded for your conviencene. You are required to participate in at least 4 community zooms in real time for graduation. 6 Personal one-on-one calls are also required for graduation and are scheduled as you reach specific milestones in the training.
In-Person Training Week: We run our in-person training at Sanctuary, Ridgway in Ridgway, CO in Fall (Sept-Oct.) Participation is required for graduation from teacher training. This week is priced on a sliding scale to accommodate your financial needs - $900-$1500.

You can expect to spend 3-5 hours a week on the online modules. Additionally, it is a great idea to practice the guided meditations and breathwork sessions that partner with each lecture to deepne the practice.
Once you enroll in the TT, you have up to two years to complete the in-person training.
Additionally, it's important to self reflect on your 'why.' A strong attitude of service is key when entering into any teacher training.

Can I call myself a coach after the training?
Yes. While you don’t need certification to call yourself a coach, you DO need training.
The LIATI training is a distinct, unique, highly effective combination of tools that helps people overcome challenges and achieve their goals and settle into real authentic purpose. Being a successful coach is not about giving advice or solving problems, it's about holding space and implementing tools for your client to self reveal what they already know within.
It's about empowerment. That being said, you can’t guide your client any further than you have gone in your own life experience. Therefore, keeping up with your own Self Care is key!

1- In-Person Week Long Training
You have 2 years to complete the LIATI TT.

We understand the importance of mentorship and ongoing support in your learning experience. That's why we have designed Group Mentor Calls, an integral part of our curriculum, to ensure your success in the program. Enrolled participants in the LTT program are required to attend our Group Mentor Calls, which start in January. These calls are not only essential but also incredibly beneficial for your growth and development throughout the course.
During our Mentor Calls, we offer a space for you to connect with the material, seek clarification, and develop proficiency in your skills as you progress through the various modules. All calls are recorded, so you can access the content later and stay up-to-date with the material discussed.
Please note, however, that while recordings are available, attending a minimum of 4 calls is required for graduation from the program. This ensures that you have actively engaged with the curriculum and gained the necessary insights and experiences to succeed.

Given the intimate nature of this training, we limit enrollment to a maximum of 10 individuals for our January start date.
To ensure your progress is well-supported, we mandate four private Zoom calls with Jenny, or a Certified LIATI practitioner throughout your study period. These check-in sessions serve as an opportunity to discuss and clarify TT material, as well as engage in conversations about how the work is resonating within your own energy system.

During the course, you will receive guidance to participate in various practice sessions. These sessions are designed to enhance your proficiency in leading diverse styles of breathwork, interpreting your client's neurological and energy cues, and guiding hypnotic meditation with precision in timing, cueing, and relevance.
The concluding examination, held during our in-person week, comprises multiple-choice questions, essays, and an assessment of skill proficiency.
This comprehensive approach ensures that you are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of breathwork, energy work, shadow work, mythology, and trauma-informed practices in a safe and effective way going forward.

When are the in-person training weeks?
We schedule our in person training weeks in Fall each year in Ridgway, Colorado.
During our time together we will work through the key elements of the LIATI System- Intake, healing funnel, leading breathwork, meditation guidance skills, energy medicine, sound healing, and Quantum Energy Healing.
Additionally, you will fine tune your leadership skills and deepen your own self study through multiple exploration exercises. At the end of the week, you will feel confident in leading individual sessions and small groups through LIATI System.
Please note: This training week is NOT included in your online materials. But, to ensure flexibility, we offer this week on a sliding scale: $900-$1400.

Your investment to become a coach and launch a new career is an exciting opportunity. Our Hybrid teacher training requires a $8500 investment for your online materials, 6 Group Mentor Calls, and 6 Private Coaching Calls. Please note that the required in-person training week is not included.
Is there a sliding scale for the teacher training?
Yes! We understand that financial obligations can be a hindrance to healers and we work with you. It’s more important to us to get ‘the work’ out there and share the teaching with those who are passionate.
