Through this program, you will learn how to assist individuals in their own healing process using our trademark breathwork sessions, energy healing practices, shadow work exercise, and hypnotic meditations.You’ll learn the complexities of the LIATI healing funnel, breathing biochemistry, brain wave theory, trauma release methods, and how to expertly guide a full LIATI session for your clients. As you hone your skills and expertise, you have to opportunity to launch a thriving healing business, and be the catalyst for someone’s transformation process.
How does it work?
As you embark on this journey to become a LIATI practitioner, we emphasize the importance of self-care as the first step. By nurturing yourself, you create a strong foundation from which to support others on their path to healing and transformation. The 5 Pillars Training serves as the backbone and prerequisite course to the LIATI TT. If you wish to get started, sign up and begin the journey.
Or, consider the LIATI Hybrid Teacher training program where we condense and distills the tools and lessons from the 5 Pillars, arranging them into a functional system for you and your clients. This training is a combination of online course materials, personal coaching calls, group mentor calls, and one in person training retreat.
In 2024, we have 2 start dates for teacher training (January and June) and accept only a limited number of applicants for this course. For 2024, our in-person completion weeks will land in beautiful Roatan, Honduras (April), or join us in Ridgway (Fall) for class completion. Together we’ll dive into a week of sisterhood, skill refinement, connection, and graduation! Please note that 2025 will have one start date in January with completion in late summer in Colorado.

Once accepted, you’ll receive instant access to your LAITI prerequisites and the 3 resource libraries (mythology, breathwork, and mediation).
Next decide on which in-person training you will attend to fulfill graduation requirements.

If you have completed the Accelerated 5 Pillars, you can expect to complete the TT in approximately 6-8 weeks.
New students, please plan for 3-6 months if you are participating in the hybrid TT or the Breathwork Only TT. We recommend 3-5 hours per week learning the different practices, dedicating time for your own self exploration, and joining scheduled zoom calls.
If you wish to start the teacher training modules, you have up to one year to complete the in-person training. Therefore, you have the option to choose the international destination (in Springtime) or a local Colorado week in the Fall.
Additionally, it's important to self reflect on your 'why.' A strong attitude of service is key when entering into any teacher training.

Can I call myself a coach after the training?
Yes. While you don’t need certification to call yourself a coach, you DO need training.
The LIATI training is a distinct, unique, highly effective combination of tools that helps people overcome challenges and achieve their goals and settle into real authentic purpose. Being a successful coach is not about giving advice or solving problems, it's about holding space and implementing tools for your client to self reveal what they already know within.
It's about empowerment. That being said, you can’t guide your client any further than you have gone in your own life experience. Therefore, keeping up with your own Self Care is key!

Group Mentor Calls: We understand the importance of mentorship and ongoing support in your learning experience. That's why we have designed Group Mentor Calls, an integral part of our curriculum, to ensure your success in the program. Enrolled participants in the LTT program are required to attend our Group Mentor Calls, which take place around the middle of each month. These calls are not only essential but also incredibly beneficial for your growth and development throughout the course.
During our Mentor Calls, we offer a space for you to connect with the material, seek clarification, and develop proficiency in your skills as you progress through the various modules. All calls are recorded, so you can access the content later and stay up-to-date with the material discussed.
Please note, however, that while recordings are available, attending a minimum of four calls is required for graduation from the program. This ensures that you have actively engaged with the curriculum and gained the necessary insights and experiences to succeed.

Given the intimate nature of this training, we limit enrollment to a maximum of 15 individuals for both our January and June start dates.
To ensure your progress is well-supported, we mandate four private Zoom calls with Jenny throughout your study period. These check-in sessions serve as an opportunity to discuss and clarify TT material, as well as engage in conversations about how the work is resonating within your own energy system.

During the course, you will receive guidance to participate in various practice sessions. These sessions are designed to enhance your proficiency in leading diverse styles of breathwork, interpreting your client's neurological and energy cues, and guiding hypnotic meditation with precision in timing, cueing, and relevance.
The concluding examination, held during our in-person week, comprises multiple-choice questions, essays, and an assessment of skill proficiency.
This comprehensive approach ensures that you are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of breathwork, energy work, shadow work, mythology, and trauma-informed practices in a safe and effective way going forward.

When are the in-person training weeks?
We schedule our in person training weeks in late Spring or Fall each year. The Spring session is international and the Fall session occurs in Colorado.
During our time together we will work through the key elements of the LIATI System- Intake, healing funnel, leading breathwork, meditation guidance skills, energy medicine, and Reiki training.
Additionally, you will fine tune your leadership skills and deepen your own self study through multiple exploration exercises. At the end of the week, you will feel confident in leading individual sessions and small groups through LIATI Coaching System.
Final exams are given at the end of our in person week. Please note: Price of travel/accommodation not included, but we try and keep it affordable. Please note that 1 in-person training week is required for graduation.

Your investment to become a coach and launch a new career is an exciting opportunity. Our Hybrid teacher training requires a $2750 investment. If you are already enrolled in the 5 Pillars Accelerated or Classic, the additional training modules are $1200. We offer great payment plans to make this system accessible to your budget. Since we only accept 14-16 people for each class, spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Is there a sliding scale for the teacher training?
Yes! We understand that financial obligations can be a hindrance to healers and we work with you. It’s more important to us to get ‘the work’ out there and share the teaching with those who are passionate.
