“You need to be content with small steps. That’s all life is. Small steps you take everyday so when you look down the road, you see how much distance you have covered. Distance is wisdom, it is beauty, it is owning the bruises, scars, and triumphs like sacred warpaint. Respect your precious journey, it is who you are beyond the illusion of time.”

Hello. I’m Jenny Ania
Originally from Perth, Western Australia, I am a dedicated consciousness explorer, holistic practitioner, and educator with a deep passion for self-discovery, embodied healing, and integrative wellness. As a wife, gardener, traveler, skier, freediver, and nature enthusiast, I bring a grounded yet expansive perspective to my work in energy medicine, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and somatic healing.
My journey into healing did not begin with "love and light," but rather through adversity. In 1997, a severe sports injury left me with a broken spine, setting me on a path of recovery, self-inquiry, and transformation. Confronting depression, anxiety, complex family trauma, and food addiction, I realized that when suffering reaches its threshold, change is inevitable. Through light medicine, trauma-informed bodywork, and diving into ancient wise woman traditions, I restored my mobility and redefined my relationship with my inner core and life purpose.
Over the years, I have trained extensively in breathwork, energy medicine, and holistic bodywork, integrating both scientific and intuitive approaches into practice. My background includes advanced degrees in psychology and comparative religion, along with certifications in Biodynamic Breathwork® Trauma Release, Oxygen Advantage Breathwork®, Reiki Mastery, holistic nutrition counseling, and hypnotherapy - specializing in Past Life & Between Life regression.
My work integrates wisdom from many fields of healing including neuroscience, indigenous traditions, depth psychology, and somatic therapies, alongside the work of C.G. Jung, Wilhelm Reich, Barbara Brennan, and Joseph Campbell. I have had the privilege of immersive study at Findhorn Foundation, and my healing philosophy blends scientific rigor with intuition.
As the founder of the LIATI Institute, I devote my work to training students in the LIATI Method—a transformational approach that integrates trauma healing, spiritual alchemy, and nervous system regulation through a unique 7 part system. My mission is to support energy-sensitive individuals, empaths, and seekers in reconnecting with their authentic self and embodied wholeness. My work is also dedicated to awakening the sacred feminine within and breaking the cycle of ancestral trauma so it no longer passes forward. I have found that self-love is the alchemical key to this transformation. When we cultivate and maintain the frequency of love within our energy fields, low-vibratory patterns lose their hold, no longer dictating our choices or shaping our destiny. This is the core of the LIATI Method—liberating individuals from karmic imprints and restoring them to their sovereign, radiant wholeness.
I am passionate about guiding others in breaking free from conditioned patterns, reclaiming their innate gifts, and cultivating clarity, stability, and personal freedom. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey of conscious self-leadership and spiritual awakening.
Blessed Be!
