“You need to be content with small steps. That’s all life is. Small steps you take everyday so when you look down the road, you see how much distance you have covered. Distance is wisdom, it is beauty, it is owning the bruises, scars, and triumphs like sacred warpaint. Respect your precious journey, it is who you are beyond the illusion of time.”
- Jenny
Hello. I’m Jenny Ania
Originally from Perth, Western Australia, I am a seeker and guide on the path of consciousness and healing. My work is rooted in a deep reverence for the human spirit’s capacity to mend, awaken, and return to wholeness. As a wife, gardener, traveler, skier, freediver, and nature enthusiast, I bring a grounded yet expansive perspective to my work. My life outside of my practice informs everything I teach: that healing is not just theory, it’s how we choose to live, breathe, and return to ourselves each day.
My journey into this field did not begin with ease or "love and light," but through rupture and resilience. In 1997, a devastating sports injury left me with a broken spine and a long road of recovery ahead. Alongside complex family trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, food addiction, and an aching disconnection from my own body, I found myself at a threshold: pain had to give way to transformation. Breath by breath, I pieced myself back together—not just physically, but at the level of soul and purpose.
Over the years, I have immersed myself in the study and practice of breathwork, energy medicine, and holistic bodywork, seeking the meeting point where science, spirit, and myth converge. My background includes advanced degrees in psychology and comparative religion, alongside certifications in Biodynamic Breathwork® Trauma Release, Oxygen Advantage Breathwork®, Reiki Mastery, holistic nutrition counseling, and hypnotherapy specializing in Past Life & Between Life regression.
My work draws on the insights of neuroscience, depth psychology, indigenous traditions, and somatic therapies, as well as the archetypal wisdom of C.G. Jung, Wilhelm Reich, Barbara Brennan, and Joseph Campbell. With roots in immersive study at Findhorn Foundation, my healing philosophy is a living blend of scientific precision and intuitive knowing—a pathway that invites each person to remember their lifeforce, restore their wholeness, and walk the somatic path home.
As the founder of the LIATI Institute, my calling is to guide energy-sensitive souls, empaths, and seekers back to their lifeforce—the breath of who they truly are. At LIATI, we believe that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering what was never lost. My work is devoted to awakening the Sacred Feminine, tending the roots of ancestral trauma, and transforming inherited pain into embodied wisdom so it no longer flows forward through our lineage.
I am passionate about helping others break free from the conditioning that silences their truth, reclaim their innate gifts, and return to a life led by clarity, courage, and soul-aligned freedom. Through breath, myth, and somatic awakening, I walk beside you as you step into conscious self-leadership and the radiant wholeness that is your birthright.
Cheers,
Jenny Ania

“Freediving is about feelings. Whether it’s the euphoria that comes from the weightlessness, or the beauty of the underwater world, we dive for the moments of joy that come from a deeper understanding of our internal experience.
