LIATI Institute is the education arm of my work — a modern goddess school where the mystical meets science, and where Mythos Somatic Healing™ is taught rather than simply received.
Everything I offer in session lives here too, broken into study you can actually walk through: the mythology, the inner-child work, the nervous-system repair, the breath. Some women come to heal themselves and never go further — that is a complete path. Others discover they want to guide this work for others, and keep going into certification.
This work is not a gift some women are born with. It is a skill — it can be learned, practiced, and eventually guided for others. There are three ways to study here: the books, the self-paced Goddess School, and full teacher certification.
First you find your own way home. Then, if you're called, you learn to guide that homecoming for others.

What’s in a name
Love is not an emotion. It is the energetic substrate of all existence.
When we lose our connection to it — through trauma, conditioning, and the slow forgetting that life demands — we fragment. We armor. We forget who we are.
This work is about remembering that at the core of every soul, we are all this highest frequency of love. It is the frequency that heals everything. That is what LIATI means, and it is what everything here is built on.

This journey is rooted in the timeless power of myth and archetype — tools humanity has used for thousands of years to transmit wisdom, awaken the soul, and guide transformation. Through storytelling, breathwork, and embodied ritual, we dive deep into the ancient feminine archetypes. These are not fictional figures. Each class invites you into a sacred chamber of the feminine, guided by a Greek goddess figure. Their stories become portals into your own — illuminating where you have internalized survival-based roles, distorted self-beliefs, or limited patterns of expression. As you breathe through the myths, move through the rituals, and listen with your body, the old imprints begin to release. The fragmented parts return home, and your system reorganizes around a clearer, more vital lifeforce.
The archetypes become precise somatic mirrors for your inner world — and healing stops being something you think about and becomes something you practice, in your body, in your life, in real time.

At LIATI Institute, we train practitioners to guide Mythos Somatic Healing™ — the art of helping a person reclaim, remember, and embody their essence again. Nothing in us is broken; it is only covered over by life’s challenges.
There is one personal foundational pathway, and two pathways to professional certification: Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Energy Medicine Practitioner. New professional cohorts begin each January, with completion at an in-person immersion each year.
Whether you specialize in breath, energy, or both, you are first trained in one common core — the Mythos Somatic Healing™ method. This is the shared foundation that makes a LIATI practitioner a LIATI practitioner, and it’s where every certification begins.

This work has a history
For years, this body of work lived as the 5 Pillars Goddess Training. Hundreds of women moved through it — reclaiming love for their bodies, healing inner-child wounding, dissolving the armor that kept them small, calling in their intuitive gifts, and remembering who they were before the world told them who to be.
