Consent and Liability

I understand that the offerings at LIATI, LLC and this course may include guided meditation, regression therapy (hypnosis), holistic health coaching, nutrition coaching, Reiki healing, yoga therapy, and Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release® techniques. I also understand that the purpose of these therapies are for stress reduction, nutritional healing, energetic cleansing, lifestyle education, and self-discovery. I understand that the owners of this course are not licensed mental health practitioners and the variety of methods used by The Spirit Root and 5-Pillars are not considered a substitute for allopathic medicine or professional psychological/psychiatric counseling.  I understand that The Spirit Root, LLC does not diagnose illness or disease.  It is recommended that you see a health care provider for those services; it is your right and responsibility for your own mind and body. 

Because the listed offerings at The LAITI, LLC should not be performed under certain circumstances, I affirm that I have checked with my medical care doctor before starting this program. If I experience any pain or discomfort during this program, I will immediately seek guidance from a certified medical or psychological counselor.

If I choose to participate in group zoom calls, personal coaching sessions, or this course with LIATI, LLC, I understand that whatever I discuss is confidential; however it is required by law to release confidential information if: 1) a child or vulnerable adult is experiencing physical abuse, sexual abuse, or neglect, 2) I intend to harm myself or others, 3) a court order has been issued requiring release of confidential information to a lawyer or judge. 

It is also understood that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me, the student, will result in immediate termination from the training and I will be liable for payments. It is also understood that such advances are considered sexual harassment and will be prosecuted with legal action.

I understand the the content of this course is intellectual property owned by LIATI, LLC. Any replication or soliciting of 5-Pillars content without permission violates intellectual property agreements and laws.

I agree to release The LIATI,, LLC from any liability.  I understand and agree to hold harmless, to indemnify and protect against court action, The Spirit Root, LLC the owner of this website, school, or courses within, and any other businesses or individuals residing within the premises, in the event of an accidental injury during my enrollment in this course.
