Day 1: Setting up Your Sacred Altar

Creating a sacred space is a beautiful way to connect with your inner self and the energies of the universe. Find a quiet corner in your home and gather items that resonate with you - crystals, candles, incense, or anything else that brings you comfort and inspiration. Arrange them with intention and purpose, creating an altar that reflects your inner journey.

Day 2: Morning Breathwork Meditation

This meditation blends two potent breathing techniques with creative visualization to awaken your body's vibrant bioenergy, ignite the flow within your energetic channels, and instill crystal-clear clarity in your mind as you embark on the day ahead. Within this meditation, we journey into the symbolic realm of wings. Pay attention to the unique wings that appear in your daily creative visualizations, for they carry messages from your higher self.
