In recent years the study of epigenetic and nutrigenomics has revealed that how we breathe and what we eat, think, and feel, all affect gene expression - and therefore our biological health. We must consider that a healthy diet is a conglomerate of all the energy exchanges in our lives: Breath, food, peer groups, social media, work environment, unresolved trauma, chemical exposure, and emotional stress. Overtime, when these ‘unseen’ levels of being are not addressed, they ‘thicken’ into physical manifestation of illness and disharmony.
